How do I place an order?
Please complete our online order form which you can find under the Trade Order
tab. Once we receive your list with codes (which can be found on the left hand corner of card images). Also state quantities and we will calculate your total cost. One unit of 6 cards is the minimum of any design.
How do I pay?
We accept payments via BACS and PayPal. Our payment details will be sent to you via email prior to payment.
How long until I receive my cards?
We do our best to make up the handmade orders quickly but occasionally there might be a delay. One artist might be particularly busy. We will be in touch regularly to keep you updated on your order.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do: rates vary by distance and weight according to the cost of our courier. When checking out, select your country and look at the delivery options as relevant to your order.
Delivery times will vary, depending on your country and the time of year, but allow for 7-14 days for overseas deliveries.
Please note, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must also be borne by the recipient. Pearl and Black have no control over these charges, cannot predict what they may be, and is not responsible for any additional fees incurred.
What is the minumum order?
£120 is the minimum order and £150 is carriage paid within UK.
Do you charge VAT?
VAT will be added on to every order, unless your country is exempt from VAT.
Is my transaction secure?
We will never share or sell your details to a third party. The information you provide us with will only be used to contact you about your order, if necessary.
What about returns and refunds?
We hope you are pleased with your order, but if you wish to obtain a refund simply return unused and unopened orders within 5 days of receipt.
Once we receive the returned item(s), you'll receive a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
What should I do if my order is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email us here
, within 5 days of receipt, and we'll take care of it.
Are you environmentally friendly?
Pearl & Black's cards are sourced, printed and hand-made in the UK. We strive to be as environmentally friendly as can be: in most cases, all our materials are eco-certified and FSC from the Lake District.
Pearl and Black will never share your information with anyone.
